No Churn 2 Ingredient Ice Cream Base
Ingredients
- 2 cups cold heavy whipping cream
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Beat heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in sweetened condensed milk.
- Add extracts or mix-ins.
- Freeze in an airtight container for up to 2 months.

I swear I was just on my way to get the ice-cream machine when I saw this – I stopped in my tracks. I think i’ll try Peanut Butter Brownie Batter Swirl first… or maybe Nutter Butter… or Strawberry Cheesecake, but any will do with this 42 degree C Pakistani weather 🙂

Dorothy, You can also. turn that Avocado frosting into ice cream…just freeze it. Also, I brought these coconut cream filled cookies at the Dollar tree® store. They’re like little golden Oreos® except, they’re filled with coconut flavored cream. They are verry good. 😉
