You know what’s funny? Before I started this blog I hated lemon desserts. At least, that’s what I thought. It’s what I always said, “EWWW, lemon!” but I was crazy. And wrong, so very, very wrong. I tried a lemon cookie one day and I was instantly hooked. From cookies to pastries to cheesecake to pie – lemon is my #2 dessert flavor, after chocolate. The golden oreo dessert was a huge hit last summer at my house. This is an awesome collection of all things citrusy! I can’t wait to try some of these other recipes in the future. 🙂
My favorite is the milkshake. I made that back when you posted it and it was SO good. But my goal is to make the cake roll. I’m still a little afraid of a roll without ganache on top to hide the cracks!
