I hope you guys like pie. Because you’re going to see a lot of it over the next few weeks. Why?
Because it’s the Two Weeks of Pie! (#2weeksofpie)
November is all about getting ready for Thanksgiving, and pie is the star of Thanksgiving.
{What? You think the star is Turkey? Pfft.}
So, to get you ready for Thanksgiving and all things wonderful and pie, I’m going to share (at least) 6 pie recipes with you!
Aren’t you excited?
First up: Snickers Peanut Butter Pie.
But wait. Before we get into talking about how amazing this pie is, I have an announcement.
Jordan started a blog. {Really, I wonder why it’s taken so long.}
It’s called Let’s Do This Kids and I really have no idea what direction she’ll take it in. I don’t think she knows either, she just wants to be like her mom.
If you’re interested, go be her BFF. And remember, she’s only 7. So take the spelling, grammatical errors, and punctuation problems in stride, mmkay?
Alright, now back to this bad boy.
I think I impressed myself with this one. It’s a pie crust and a brownie base. Fabulous.
Then, I mixed up some fluff and peanut butter. Did you know that makes nougat? Rich, peanut buttery nougat? And I spread it on top the brownies.
Then I melted some caramels and added peanuts. And topped the pie with a hot fudge drizzle and some cut up Snickers bars.
It’s a mouthful, let me tell you. A rich, indulgent, delicious mouthful.
Worth every single calorie!
You gotta make this pie. Really you do. Your in-laws will be awed by your greatness!
Hey, do you follow me on Facebook? Be sure to stop by my page tomorrow. Starting at 6am PST, I’m hosting a Facebook Pie Party! Full directions will be listed there, but the gist is that you share your favorite pie recipe (and a photo you took) on my Facebook wall. Then, throughout the day, I’ll share all your goodies.
Oh, and you know what? Speaking of all things pie, Cheryl over at Tidy Mom is doing her #Lovethepie linky again next week. Get your ovens ready!

Brownie recipe adapted from Hershey's.
Ingredients
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 pie crust
- 1 jar marshmallow fluff (7 ounces)
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 17 caramels, unwrapped
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 cup peanuts
- 2 tablespoons hot fudge sauce
- 3 snack sized Snickers bars, cut into fourths
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Unroll your pie crust and line your pie plate with it.
- Stir melted butter, sugar, vanilla, and eggs in a large bowl. Stir in cocoa, flour, baking powder and salt. Pour over crust.
- Bake for 25 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely before topping.
- Stir together peanut butter and fluff in a large bowl. (You can use a hand mixer if you want.) Spread evenly over brownie layer.
- Place caramels and milk in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Heat for about 1 1/2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds. Once the caramel is all melted together, stir in the peanuts and spread over the fluff mixture.
- Warm your jar of hot fudge sauce in the microwave (about 20-30 seconds). Place in a ziploc bag with the tip cut off and drizzle over pie.
- Place sliced Snickers bars around the edge for decoration.
Notes
Serve pie at room temperature.

I am so excited to find this recipe! It seems like all the gooey dessert recipes I see are made with cream cheese (which I hate.) I love that this is gooey with NO cream cheese! My mom’s favorite candy bar is Snickers- so I’ll be making this for her birthday. Pinning this for sure!

This looks unbelievable, is it weird to make for Thanksgiving? Congrats to you daughter, how exciting! Keep the pie coming!
Not at all! I, for one, am not a huge fan of pumpkin and pecan pie, so I always make a chocolate something. To satisfy the craving!
first, the pie looks amazing, second how cute is her little blog, my kid would do one, but it would be all about Halo and video games, and even I hear enough about that to not want him to write more about it. Tell her it looks great.

This looks delicious AND I can easily make it vegan, which makes it the best thing ever. My flatmates will bless you (and then I will curse you once they start pestering me for more XD).
I don’t even know what to do. Where do I start. These delights are incredible. I am drooling as I pick and … cannot choose … and torure my son with his spelling test practice.
