Storing

  • Store leftovers covered with plastic wrap or in an airtight container. You can refrigerate them but we usually leave them on the counter.

  • 2 cans (8 rolls each) cinnamon rolls
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 6 tablespoons (84g) unsalted butter, melted
  • ¾ cup (150g) packed brown sugar

Instructions

  • Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Unroll cinnamon rolls and set aside frosting. Place rolls in pan.
  • Pour heavy cream evenly over the rolls in the pan.
  • Stir melted butter and brown sugar in a small bowl. Spoon over cinnamon rolls.
  • Cover pan with foil. Bake 30-35 minutes, or until cinnamon rolls are baked through. Spread with icing. Serve hot.

  1. Be sure to stir together the butter and sugar really well so the sugar almost melts into the butter.

  1. Thanks for sharing this recipe. Most of the ones I’ve came across calls for the Grands cinnamon rolls. With a family of seven I usually get the bundle pack of the smaller ones called for in your recipe. These tasted just as good as good as the grands and it’s suitable to make for larger crowds.
