A Pineapple Martini is the perfect tropical drink for when you need to escape out of real life. It’s a refreshing cocktail with tons of pineapple flavor – you’re going to want more than one!

Perfect Tropical Martini
When I went to Hawaii, there were so many drinks to try and this pineapple martini was one of my favorites. So much so, that I knew I needed to recreate it so I could have it whenever I wanted! This cocktail recipe combines pineapple and lime juice to mix the perfect amount of sweetness and sour!
The best part about this recipe is that you can make it in a single glass for yourself or a pitcher! Whether you’re having a party or wanting to be transported to a tropical vacation, this martini is perfect for you!

Ingredients Needed
- Vodka: I used Titos, but use your favorite vodka that you have on hand.
- Triple Sec: Orange liqueur mixes perfectly with the other ingredients!
- Lime Juice: Fresh lime juice is always best.
- Pineapple Juice: Use fresh pineapple juice or 100% juice (without additives)
- Garnish: Put cherries, a pineapple wedge on the rim of the glass, limes.

Variations
- You could add a splash of coconut rum for a more tropical feel.
- If you prefer sweeter drinks, add a splash of grenadine or simple syrup
- Vanilla vodka is a great flavor substitute

How to make Pineapple Drink
- To make one cocktail: pour liquor and juice into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake then strain into a cold martini glass. Garnish with pineapple or slice of lime.
- To make a pitcher: stir liquor and juice in a pitcher. Shake with ice before pouring each drink. Garnish with pineapple and a maraschino cherry.

Expert Tips
- A pitcher will serve 6-8 people, so make a double/triple recipe depending on how many people you know you’ll be serving! Here’s how to double a recipe!
- You could replace the vodka with gin if that is what you have, but I love a good vodka martini.
- This would go great at a party with a strawberry daiquiri!

Where’s the coconut rum?
You can add some if you like!
Yes, I’m aware. It’s just that the recipe called for it, but didn’t have it in recipe. Thanks
Feel like it’s missing something. Going to try a little grenadine
That would be delicious!
Made a pitcher using the lite version of pineapple juice to reduce the sugars. Absolutely a perfect summer cocktail that all will enjoy!
