Cheesecake Waffles – Are you ready for an easy yet indulgent breakfast recipe? Introducing: Cheesecake Waffles, the perfect marriage between fluffy waffles and no-bake cheesecake.

Cheesecake Waffles - this easy breakfast recipe pairs fluffy waffles with no-bake cheesecake!

Are your waffles boring? They don’t have to be!! Mine aren’t anymore, thanks to this no-bake cheesecake waffle idea. This is the perfect easy breakfast, dessert, or indulgent brunch meal!

I used to hate making waffles because I hated my waffle iron. Who else hates traditional waffle irons? They’re so messy and hard to clean, especially when you add peanut butter to the mix. But I finally fixed my hatred of my waffle iron: I got waffle plates for my Griddler for Christmas. You guys: Life. Changing. Seriously! All you do is pop them in the dishwasher.

Now I make waffles as much as possible. 🙂

Cheesecake Waffles - fluffy waffles and no bake cheesecake make the perfect breakfast.

Do you ever have brinner (that is, breakfast for dinner)? We do, often. It’s one of my favorite Friday night easy meals. And brinner wouldn’t be complete without something sweet to finish it off with, like waffles.

These waffles are so easy to make because I started with my favorite mix – Krusteaz. The Krusteaz waffle mix just mixes up with a few ingredients, easy peasy. And the waffles are soft and fluffy every time. I always have a batch in my freezer for quick mornings – just toast up a couple and you’ve got a fast breakfast for the kids before school.

I decided to go mega-indulgent with these Cheesecake Waffles. I topped my favorite waffles with NO BAKE CHEESECAKE. Yes, you heard me right.

No Bake Cheesecake ON TOP OF WAFFLES. !!!!

How to Make Cheesecake Waffles

These have just a few ingredients and the components can be made ahead of time and just served when you need to. This makes them perfect for brunch when you don’t want to be standing at the stove!
