Easy Peanut Butter Dip

This recipe is healthier than the traditional sugary peanut butter dips I post on this site – and it’s great for a simple snack! Keep this in the refrigerator for up to a week and enjoy it every day until it’s gone.

Why you’ll love this recipe

  • It pairs up with so many different snacks. Makes the perfect fruit dip to add for that extra protein.
  • What’s even better is that this dip only has 3 ingredients! So you just measure, stir and eat. Simple!

How to make healthier peanut butter dip

  • Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Stir to combine.
  • Place dip in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.

  • You can use maple syrup instead of honey
  • Enjoy for breakfast, lunch or serve as an afterschool snack
  • For added protein in your fruit dip, use American Dream Nut Butter!! It’s my favorite peanut butter – the flavors are so good and lower in macros than regular peanut butter.

  2. I am not someone who obsesses over peanut butter but I am obsessed with this recipe of yours, I tried it recently and now my siblings want more of it. Honestly you have made my job difficult haha , but seriously , I am in love with this dish. Keep feeding us such delicious recipes . Thanks , Radhika Sharma

  3. I am looking to expand what type of things would dip well with this. I love apples and pretzels with peanut butter but not celery so much. You mentioned crackers. What kind do you suggest?

  4. How many serving are in this recipe??
It sounds amazing tho and I can wait to try it thank you for sharing this.

  5. Never mind!  I missed the first part of your video, but just listened and heard you can use vanilla yogurt.  I would just add less honey or maple sugar to counteract the added sugar of using the vanilla over plain.

  6. OMG. I am so very excited about this PB dip. never thought about adding greek yogurt to make it a dip – thank you for this!
