How to make healthier peanut butter dip

  • Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Stir to combine.

Variations

  • You can use maple syrup instead of honey
  • Enjoy for breakfast, lunch or serve as an afterschool snack
  • For added protein in your fruit dip, use American Dream Nut Butter!! It’s my favorite peanut butter – the flavors are so good and lower in macros than regular peanut butter.

  1. I so need to try this!  I would add more chocolate chips and totally ruin it’s skinny reputation 🙂

  2. I think I would eat this dip for every meal, too! Love that it’s just a few ingredients, Dorothy! Sounds delicious!

  3. Jordan and I are on the same food schedule, no joke. I’m eating by 6, snack at 9, lunch around 11. I’d totally panic if someone made me wait until after 12 to eat lunch. And schools are nut-free zones, so it’s not like she can take almonds to hold her over. Poor little one!
That’s hilarious, using the apples as a spoon. But you know, I’d want to eat this stuff straight, too. I mean, it has PB and maple syrup, two of the best things in the world!

  4. What a coincidence, because my son is always starving too!  This is a great snack idea.  Pinned!  Thanks for sharing!
