Raise your hand if you love No Bake Layered Dessert Lush Recipes! Are all your hands raised? Good, because mine is firmly up in the air.
I can never get enough of these Layered Dessert Lush Recipes. I never know what to call them: Lush? Layered Dessert? Lasagna? Eclair Cakes? Dream Dessert? There are so many names but they’re all delicious and the best part is that they are NO BAKE!
This time of year I live for no-bake desserts. It’s hot and sticky outside and the last thing I want to do is turn on my oven! These dessert recipes are so easy and so easy to edit for your favorite flavors.
The basic layered dessert lush recipes consists of:
- A crust (use any cookie you want: Oreos, Chocolate Chip Cookies, Shortbread, Graham Crackers)
- 2 layers of pudding and/or no bake cheesecake (use your favorite flavor pudding mixes)
- Whipped cream or Cool Whip
- Toppings (think more crushed cookies, candy, fruit, coconut, nuts, you name it!)
Basically you can make any flavor of these layered desserts, and the following are 21 of my favorites!
No Bake Strawberry Shortcake Dessert – layers of Golden Oreos, pudding, and fresh strawberries! This is my most popular lush recipe on the blog!
No Bake Golden Oreo Lemon Dessert – more Golden Oreos layered with lemon curd and pudding! A sweet and tangy citrus dessert!
Coconut Cheesecake No Bake Dessert – a shortbread crust, cheesecake filling, and tons of coconut flavor!
Pumpkin Apple Lush – you might think the combo is weird, but pumpkin and apple go so well together!
Banana Chocolate Chip Shortbread No Bake Dessert – more shortbread cookies, but with chocolate chips (and gluten free!) layered with bananas and banana pudding. This ain’t yo’ momma’s banana pudding!
Pumpkin Chocolate No Bake Lush – my most popular pumpkin recipe! Pretzel crust, pumpkin, cheesecake, and chocolate!
No Bake Mocha Mud Pie Dessert – chocolate lovers unite! Oreo cookie crust, chocolate pudding, cheesecake, and tons of mocha flavor!
Mint Chip Lush – this one is for the mint chip lovers! Fluffy no bake layers full of mint and chocolate flavor!

Dorothy, thank you so very much for including my dessert! We need to have a date to enjoy a few of these together. But which to start with, they all look SO delicious!
Woohoo! These all look fabulous! I don’t know where to start. They all look amazing. My eyes did zone in on that pumpkin apple lush right away, though!
These all look insane! And I remembered an icebox cake I made in like 2012 that I need to make again seeing all of these but not before I make about 10 of these recipes first!
This might be my favorite round-up ever!! (Well, until your next one. HA.) All the lush desserts!!! Thanks for including me!
I would so eat most of them but unforchanently nobody in my house would so I will not be making any any time soon. Sounds yummy.
Thanks for including my Peanut Butter Cup Lasanga!! These desserts are the absolute BEST!
Thanks for the shout out Dorothy! I love these kinds of desserts, so yummy. ☺
I’ve been dying to try a lush forever, but have held off making them because I’m afraid I’ll eat the whole thing in one sitting. But I don’t think I can hold off much longer….now I just have to pick one!
You must try one!! OMG so good. But yes, with company!
YESSSSSSS! Give me all the layred lush desserts!!!!
I’ve been ignoring these cakes all winter. Time to get back into the game!
