One of my all-time favorite blueberry desserts is blueberry delight! It’s an easy-to-make no bake blueberry dessert that is always a crowd-pleaser.
This dessert goes by quite a few names – blueberry delight, blueberry lush, blueberry lasagna, blueberry yum yum dessert, and blueberry dream dessert are just a few!
It’s a classic no bake dessert with layers of deliciousness. It starts with a no bake graham cracker crust layered with pudding, blueberry pie filling, Cool Whip, and decorated with fresh blueberries.
The BEST No Bake Blueberry Dessert
- While I love a blueberry dessert with cream cheese, this blueberry dessert lasagna with vanilla pudding is my favorite way to make it.
- You can make the whole blueberry dessert recipe in about 15 minutes!
- The combination of pudding, blueberries, and graham crackers in this lush dessert is seriously the best!
- It’s a great make-ahead dessert because it needs time to chill before serving it. I love that it’s no bake – you can make it in no time at all, keep it in the fridge, and then take it to whatever summer event you’re attending.
Ingredients in Blueberry Delight Dessert
- Graham Cracker Crumbs: You can use a box of them or crush your own using whole graham crackers. Just place them in a ziploc bag and roll with a rolling pin.
- Granulated Sugar: To add a little sweetness to the crust. You can swap brown sugar if you prefer.
- Butter: Use melted unsalted butter to form the crust.
- Pudding Mix: Instant vanilla pudding mix mixed with whipped topping makes the filling – no milk needed. You can also use cheesecake flavor or even lemon!
- Cool Whip: Use any kind or flavor of whipped topping.
- Blueberry pie filling: You can use a can of it or my homemade blueberry pie filling recipe.
How to make Blueberry Delight
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs and sugar in a mixing bowl. Add the butter and stir with a fork until the mixture is sandy. Press the mixture into a 9” square pan.
- Place 8 ounces of Cool Whip in a bowl. Add the dry pudding mix and stir until the mix is dissolved. Spread the pudding filling over the crust.
- Spread the pie filling over the pudding layer and spread more Cool Whip over the top. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the dessert lasagna and refrigerate it for at least one hour before serving.
- I like to sprinkle fresh blueberries over the top before slicing it.

Expert Tips
- For a light filling, don’t overmix the Cool Whip and pudding mix. This will keep the whipped topping nice and fluffy.
- You can make this blueberry dream dessert up to a day in advance, and leftovers will keep for three days in the refrigerator.
- I like to sprinkle fresh blueberries over the top before serving it, but this is optional. If you want to do this, wait until serving it; otherwise, the blueberries can stain the whipped topping.

I have made it 3 times. My family loves it. So easy and fast to make.
Do you think you could make these in cupcake liners to make individual servings?
Yes for sure!
Is their a way to make this with less sugar. My husband is diabetic but would love this
you can swap sugar free ingredients where they have them (cool whip, pudding mix etc)
Just like my mom used to bake 40 yrs ago.
Do i just double recipe for a 9×13 pan.I am making for a party
Yes you can!
can you use frozen blueberries instead of pie filling.?
You’d need to defrost them – and the end dessert will be more like cheesecake with berries than layered, but it’ll work.
I not sure what to do with you Ms. Dorothy!!! I NORMALLY don’t like to comment before making a dish, & YOURS are ALWAYS so on point! I don’t like cool whip so I’ll make mine & WAY too many blueberries so again. HOWEVER…it’s so easy I’ll have my students make it ( I home school 6 & 7 year olds). Once a week , they bake (home eco.) plus they LOVE taking it home. When are you making APRONS?
