Once I discovered two ingredient fudge I never went back! This fudge is SO simple and easy to make and has so much lemon flavor – more than if you used lemon juice or lemon zest. It’s easy fudge that is perfect all year long thanks to it’s creamy bright flavor.

Lemon Fudge comes together in under 10 minutes, can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks, and even frozen! It’s the perfect simple fudge recipe, way easier than lemon pie fudge!

How to make Lemon Fudge

  1. You’ll want to start with white chocolate chips – I recommend that you buy new white chocolate chips for making this recipe. Don’t use ones that have been in your pantry for a year or they’ll struggle to melt.
  2. 2-ingredient fudge comes together by the magic of canned frosting. Grab a can of lemon frosting (any brand).
  3. Make this in an 8×8-inch square pan or it will be a very thin fudge.
  4. Let it chill about 30-60 minutes so it sets. It will need to stay refrigerated (after about an hour at room temp it might start to melt).

  • If your white chocolate has trouble melted, smoosh it with the spatula during melting.
  • Line your pan with foil or parchment paper for easy removal and cutting.

Recipe Notes

White chocolate chips can be finicky and hard to melt. Be sure to use fresher chocolate chips for best results. While stirring use your spoon/spatula to smoosh the chips as they melt and they will dissolve into the mixture easily. Be sure to stir well after each 30 seconds in the microwave, scraping the bottom of the bowl, so it doesn’t scorch.
