I never realized baking and cooking with Zucchini was so popular! I’ve never been a fan of Zucchini in the past (even though I’ve only had it once) but I’d be willing to try it again if it was in one of these recipes!
In baking, you don’t even taste it. It’s a great way to start! 🙂
