Happy March – this month the Baking Challenge is a brand new recipe – Lemon Blueberry Bread! This recipe is an easy quick bread full of lemon flavor – and there are variations in case you don’t like blueberries!

How the Crazy for Crust Baking Challenge Works

  1. Details: The challenge starts on the first day of each month. Check the the Crazy for Crust Baking Challenge Hub for the most recent challenge.
  2. Bake: Make Lemon Blueberry Bread (or one of the variations below) and take a photo.
  3. How to EnterClick here to access the landing page.
  4. Win: At the end of the month one baker will win a $100 Amazon gift card!
  5. You can share your creations on social media by tagging me @crazyforcrust and using #CFCBakingChallenge, but to be entered to win you enter via the widget on the landing page.
  6. For an extra entry, you can leave a comment and star rating on the Lemon Blueberry Bread recipe (or the variation you made).
  7. For another extra entry, you can share on your Instagram story or feed and tag me (@crazyforcrust) and use the hashtag #CFCBakingChallenge
  8. The challenge runs until the last day of the month at 11:30pm pacific time
