What you need to make coffee creamer

  • Sweetened condensed milk: thick, creamy and delicious

  • Cake batter extract: to add that funfetti flavor we all love

How to make homemade coffee creamer

  1. Heat sweetened condensed milk and milk of choice in a small saucepan over medium heat until combined.
  2. After you remove the saucepan from heat, stir in extracts.
  3. Pour into a jar and store covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks

Variations

  • Making coffee creamer at home is so easy since you only need 2 ingredients: sweetened condensed milk and milk of your choice. Enjoy your homemade coffee creamer plain or add in any other flavorings you desire like: french vanilla, peppermint mocha, caramel, etc.
  • You can also use heavy cream instead of the sweetened condensed milk. It will still give you the creamy texture you love.
  • If you want a sugar-free option, I’d suggest getting a sugar-free syrup and using low fat condensed milk or heavy cream.

  1. So much cuteness going on here!! The sprinkles (absolutely adorable of course!), the photos (they’re all gorgeous, so you shouldn’t have to choose which ones you include! Besides, you’ve seen how many I post in my recipes — I’m the most indecisive person in the world!), and your “Clean up aisle dining room!” I think you totally should’ve tried shouting it, just to see if Mel would come downstairs. Or at least laugh!

  2. Oh the cake batter craze! I don’t think it will ever end! But I am okay with that…it’s so darn addictive! I am excited to try this!!

  3. Seriously the best coffee creamer and picture EVER!!!! I am so in love with this girl!!!

  4. Dorothy, this looks wonderful!! I love Funfetti. Actually, I was thinking of making a Funfetti cake soon just for fun and because well, I just love cake. Thanks for the tip on using butter extract. I’m going to have to try this!

  5. Alright Starbucks, take note, this is going to be the new craze! Excuse me while I go invest in gallons of butter extract …
    Love this, Dorothy, pinned!
