Happy Tuesday everyone! Welcome to the Crazy Sweet Tuesday dessert party.

You know what I find amazing? That as of last Tuesday morning I was totally caught up. My reader was empty, blog post for that night written. I was so excited to stay on top of things. And then, well, the events of last Tuesday happened and within 36 hours I had 480 items in my reader. ??? Wow, you guys keep busy!

I think I’m mostly caught up now. All I can hope for is that things stay simple for just a few weeks. I think I’ve earned it! 🙂

I think I gain five pounds every week when I look through your links. The desserts y’all come up with astound me daily. Here are a few that caught my eye last week:

Pretzel Bottomed Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Cookie Pie by AKM Designs and Delights. I mean really, there are no words. This pie? Is freakin’ awesome!

Mickie and Minnie Mouse Cookies by Mrs. Fox’s Sweets. So cute! I have this same cookie cutter but I’ve never made anything so cute.  Psst…have you seen the Mickey’s she made out of Oreos?

Shamrock Shake Cupcakes by Mrs. Schwartz’s Kitchen. I love that St. Patrick’s Day means mint. These cupcakes are adorable, and they sound SO good.

Vanilla Bark Covered Banana Bread Bites by Dwell on Joy. Genius! I mean, who doesn’t have a slice or two of banana bread left from a loaf? When in doubt, add more sugar and a stick!

Thin Mint Popcorn by Crumbs and Chaos. Speaking of adding more sugar…I love making things with Girl Scout Cookies. And this popcorn? Totally great!

Samoas Apple Salad by Something Swanky. Why have I never heard of Apple Salad? I think Ashton has changed my life with this one. Amazing!

All these recipes have been pinned and stumbled. If you like them, be sure to click though and pin them too!
