Can you believe it’s the middle of January? Where does the time go? I keep saying “I’m going to hang those curtains soon,” or “I really want to paint my office,” but time just keeps slipping away. Pretty soon it’s going to be February, which is a crazy month around here with birthdays and yet another week off school. My daughter is already thinking ahead until summer and I just shudder at the thought of half a year being gone.
Oh well, time to calm myself with food. You guys are amazing – the creativity is really flowing! Here are a few of my favorites from last week (it’s so hard to choose!):
Brownie Batter Dip by Something Swanky. I’m speechless. Then she put them between two chocolate chip cookies and I was even more speechless. *Love*

Cake Batter Ice Cream Cake by Kristin’s kNook. Cake batter in everything. My kinda gal. {Pssst…Happy Birthday Kristin!}

Mud Hen Bars by Cooking with K. These look amazing. All the layers…make me drool. Must. Make.

Cake Mix Oatmeal Raisin Cookies by With Love and Chevrons. It’s like they are glowing there in that photo chanting “make me…make me…” So I might just have to!
