Quick Tip

Always use 100% pure pumpkin from the can, NOT pumpkin pie mix! The mix has all the sugar and spices added in and will alter the recipe.

Freezing Tips

  • Coffee Cake and breads – cool and wrap slices or the entire thing and freeze for up to 2 months.
  • Make the Pumpkin Pie ahead of time – allow to cool and wrap in several layers of plastic wrap, then freeze for up to a month. Unwrap before thawing to avoid condensation.
  • Cookies can be frozen before or after baking!
