Pumpkin Peanut Butter Smoothie

This easy smoothie recipe is full of peanut butter and pumpkin! Skip the banana and make a peanut butter smoothie with pumpkin pie filling or pumpkin puree for a new fall twist on breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup pumpkin pie filling
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder, optional
  • 2 cups nonfat milk or nondairy milk

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add more milk as desired for a thinner smoothie.
  • To substitute pumpkin puree: add 3/4 cup pumpkin puree instead of pie filling along with 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice and sweetener of choice, to taste.
