Thin Mint S’mores

Ingredients

  • Cookies 2 per s’more or you can use the Keebler Grasshopper Cookies (or any cookie!)
  • Marshmallows 1 marshmallow makes 2 s’mores

Instructions

  • Cut each marshmallow in half with kitchen scissors.
  • Roast marshmallow over a gas stove, an open fire, or with a kitchen blowtorch.
  • Sandwich roasted marshmallows between 2 Thin Mint cookies. Serve warm.
