Strawberry Fluff Recipe

Strawberry Fluff is an easy dessert recipe - this no bake dessert salad is a creamy fruit salad with strawberry jello, fresh strawberries and marshmallows - the perfect potluck or holiday side dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 (3 ounce) box strawberry Jello
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
  • ½ cup sour cream (or plain yogurt or cottage cheese)
  • 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  • Open can of pineapple and remove about ½ cup of the liquid.
  • Stir together Jello and pineapple in a large bowl.
  • Stir in sour cream and Cool Whip.
  • Fold in strawberries and marshmallows.
  • Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
