Ingredients

Strawberry Carrots:

  • 12 fresh strawberries
  • 10 oz white chocolate melting wafers
  • Orange food coloring or red + yellow (see note)

Dirt Cups:

  • 2 boxes 3.4 ounces each instant chocolate pudding
  • 4 cups cold milk
  • 20 Oreos

Instructions

Strawberry Carrots:

  • Line a cookie sheet with wax or parchment paper.
  • Melt the white chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl. Place them at 50% power for 1 minute, then stir. Then continue heating at 50% power in 30 second increments until melted and smooth.
  • Put in a few drops of food coloring and stir until you have your desired orange color.
  • Roll your strawberries into your melted chocolate, making sure the stems are up, and place on prepared cookie sheet. Once they are set, use a spoon to drizzle over more chocolate onto the strawberries.

Dirt Cups:

  • In a large bowl, combine pudding mix and cold milk. Stir for two minutes then set aside. Pudding should set in five minutes.
  • Place Oreos in a large Ziploc bag and crush with a rolling pin, or use a food processor to crush into crumbs.
  • In a little cup or dish, spoon in the pudding and sprinkle with oreo crumbs to create the “dirt”. Then top with two of your chocolate-covered strawberries.

Notes

• Be sure to buy instant pudding. Can use any chocolate flavor.
• Regular or nonfat milk may be used.
• Be sure to use gel based food coloring so your white chocolate doesn’t seize.
• Substitute chocolate graham crackers for the Oreos.
