Biscoff Cookie Butter Pretzels

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Cookie Butter or Biscoff
  • 2/3 cup white chocolate chips
  • 5 cups pretzels
  • Sprinkles for decoration, if desired

Instructions

  • Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place Cookie Butter or Biscoff in a small bowl and microwave for 30 seconds. Set aside.
  • Place oil, cinnamon, and sugars in a large microwave safe bowl. Add pretzels and toss to coat. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute, stir to coat. Heat another 1 minute, stir to coat. Repeat for a third time (total 3 minutes cooking time).
  • Pour heated cookie butter and sprinkle white chocolate chips over pretzels. Heat in microwave for an additional 45 seconds to aid in melting the chocolate. Stir carefully.
  • Spread pretzels on prepared cookie sheet and sprinkle with a generous dose of sprinkles. Chill until set. Store pretzels in an airtight container.
