Biscoff Cookie Butter Pretzels

- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Cookie Butter or Biscoff
- 2/3 cup white chocolate chips
- 5 cups pretzels
- Sprinkles for decoration, if desired
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Place Cookie Butter or Biscoff in a small bowl and microwave for 30 seconds. Set aside.
Place oil, cinnamon, and sugars in a large microwave safe bowl. Add pretzels and toss to coat. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute, stir to coat. Heat another 1 minute, stir to coat. Repeat for a third time (total 3 minutes cooking time).
Pour heated cookie butter and sprinkle white chocolate chips over pretzels. Heat in microwave for an additional 45 seconds to aid in melting the chocolate. Stir carefully.
Spread pretzels on prepared cookie sheet and sprinkle with a generous dose of sprinkles. Chill until set. Store pretzels in an airtight container.
