  • ¼ to ½ cup (59ml-118ml) unsweetened vanilla almond milk (see note)
  • 5.3 ounces (150g) nonfat vanilla greek yogurt (1 single serving cup)
  • 1 medium frozen banana (about 3 oz/91g)
  • 4-5 frozen sliced strawberries (about 2.5 oz/70g)
  • 4-5 apple slices (about 2.5 oz/76g)
  • Sweetener of choice optional

  • Place almond milk (or desired liquid) in the bottom of your blender. Add the yogurt and fruit. Blend until smooth.
  • Serve immedaitely. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.

  • Slice and freeze your banana and strawberries about 2 hours ahead of time if you don't already have them frozen.
  • You can use any nondairy milk, nonfat milk, water, or apple juice).
  • I like using nongat vanilla greek yogurt but you can use plain, any fat content, any flavor yogurt and even regular (not greek).
  • We like using fuji or gala apples but use whatever you normally buy and enjoy
  • Want a sweeter smoothie? Add some honey, agave, or stevia sweetner
  • Want to add some protein? Add a scoop of your favorite protein powder.
