Ingredients

  • 15 ounce can chili without beans
  • 8 ounces (226g) cream cheese
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  • Place the chili in the bottom of a small crockpot (2 quart size). Add the cream cheese on top. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, or until the mixture is hot. Stir it after an hour to check, so that the mixture doesn’t burn.
  • Serve hot with chips.

Notes

  • You can cook this on high or low but low is best so it avoids burning.
  • Be sure to stir it after each hour so the cheese mixes with the chili.
  • Top with shredded cheddar cheese for a cheesier dip.
  • Store leftover dip in the refrigerator.
