Limoncello Spritz Recipe

Straight from Italy to you - make a limoncello drink with Prosecco and club soda. The perfect spritz for anyone who likes lemon - or doesn't like aperol!

Ingredients

  • 2 oz limoncello
  • 3 oz prosecco
  • 1 oz club soda
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 sprig mint optional - for garnish
  • 3 slices lemon optional - for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill glass with ice. Add limoncello and Prosecco. Fill glass with club soda.
  • Garnish with lemon slices and/or mint.

Notes

  • Traditionally, a spritz is served in a balloon wine glass. Depending on the size of your glass you might need more ice...or more limoncello.
  • To make a pitcher: follow the ratio 1:2:3. One part club soda, 2 parts limoncello, 3 parts Prosecco. So if you want to serve 8 drinks you would use 8 ounces club soda, 16 ounces limoncello and 24 ounces Prosecco, etc.
