- 3/4 cup milk nonfat or almond is okay too (see note)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened apple juice
- 1 apple use your favorite brand
- 1 tablespoon sugar-free caramel syrup plus more for optional garnish
- 2 cups ice cubes
Pour the milk and juice into a blender.
Core the apple and cut it into chunks. Place it in the blender then add the caramel and ice. Blend until smooth.
Optional serving suggestion: top with additional caramel sauce.
