Cookie Dough Fondue

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup butter
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • ¾ cup flour
  • 4 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons non-fat milk
  • Handful of mini chocolate chips , for garnish
  • Items for dipping: marshmallows , fruit, graham crackers, cookies,…

Instructions

  • Heat butter over low heat in a medium saucepan. Add sugars and stir until dissolved. Stir in vanilla and flour and cook for one minute. Remove from heat and whisk in cream and milk, adding more if needed to get the consistency you desire. Place in fondue pot and sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Dip until you’re sick with cookie dough fever.
  • (This makes about 1 ½ or two cups of cookie dough. I was going to measure…but then I dropped it. Oops.)
