Ingredients

Instructions

  • Frost the outside of your glass with vanilla frosting. Crush 2 cookies and roll the glass in them to coat.
  • Place ice cream, pudding mix, and milk in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into serving glass.
  • Top with whipped cream and another cookie.

Notes

  • Add a bit of lemon extract for more lemon flavor
  • If you can't find lemon pudding mix, use vanilla and add lemon extract
  • You can use any kind of milk (regular or nondairy)
  • Use any kind of ice cream or frozen yogurt you like
  • Any cookies work well in this (shortbread would be fantastic too)
