Ingredients

  • 3 cups (600g) granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup (170g) butter
  • 1 5 ounce can evaporated milk
  • 12 ounces (340g) white chocolate chips
  • 1 7oz jar marshmallow cream (fluff)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup (77g) chopped Oreo cookies (approximately 7 cookies)

Instructions

  • Line a 9x9" pan with foil and spray with cooking spray. (If you like a thinner fudge, use a 9x13" pan.) Coarsely chop your Oreos.
  • Add sugar, evaporated milk, and butter to a large pot over medium heat. Bring to a rapid boil and cook for 4 minutes, stirring constantly until it reaches 234°F on a candy thermometer.
  • Turn off heat. Add marshmallow creme and white chocolate. Stir until melted. Add vanilla and chopped cookies. Pour into prepared pan. Chill until hardened and cut into squares.

Notes

  • Be sure to use evaporated milk NOT sweetened condensed milk.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or freeze fudge for up to 2 months.
  • Be careful when stirring the sugar and milk and butter at the beginning - try not to splash sugar up the sides of the pan. This can cause crystallization in your fudge. If this happens, use a damp pastry brush to dissolve the sugar off the sides of the pan.
