I love me a good mimosa, and I am assuming you do too. Who doesn’t love champagne or prosecco or sparkling wine? If left to my own devices I could probably drink a whole bottle because it tastes like soda to me and goes down oh-so easy.

Mimosas are not just for brunch anymore – I drink them for dinner sometimes too! And they’re not limited to holidays, why can’t mimosa brunch be EVERY  day? Christmas, Easter, Mother’s Day…a random Tuesday or Saturday. Or what about Mimosa Monday???

Move over orange juice because other flavors of mimosa are in town. I never though I liked mimosas, because I don’t love orange juice. But mimosa recipes come in every flavor you can think of: strawberry, pineapple, apple, lemon, mango…you name it.
