  1. Yes! Root beer popsicles! My mom used to make teeny popsicles by pouring Kool-Aid into ice cube trays and sticking in toothpicks. I think yours are slightly more sophisticated 🙂 I hope it cools off there soon!

  2. I think you just figured out the way to my sons heart.  Soda + Popsicle.  I better keep up with the best mommy in town! 🙂

  3. I was hardcore addicted to Coke popsicles in high school, Dorothy. Like, could have supported the Coca-Cola company solo with all the popsicles I was making. Such happy memories! No wonder Jordan looks so happy…

  4. Wow, sounds great! These would be cool in ice cube trays, then use them in a glass with soda and it won’t get watered down. 🙂

  5. I’ve never made soda popsicles before, but these sound absolutely amazing! So refreshing 🙂

  6. Love the picture, so cute! Love these popsiscles, I remember them as a kid! Hope you have a wonderful 4th of July weekend!

  7. yes! I want all the Popsicles! Especially these one ingredient ones. It would be root beer flavored for me!

  8. Can I just tell you that I love 1-ingredient recipes?  Especially on holidays.  It gets to be chaotic.  These pops will please everyone, though!!!  Happy 4th of July!

  9. Dorothy – This is so reminiscent of my childhood. We used to love making juice popsicles and soda popsicles. I love all of the new molds that are out there for just this thing. 🙂 The perfect way to cool down on a hot summer day.
