I’m so glad you asked this because I have wanted to contact you and ask if you could possibly try to replicate a few amazing items. I would love to see you make a version of “Dad’s Goodie Rings” (best cookie ever and way better than samoas); they’re oatmeal/coconut/salty peanut butter/chocolate dipped ring shaped cookies and they have a cult following. They are amazing.

I’d love to see you try to make Atkinson’s “chick-o-stick” candy bars or peanut butter bars!!!

I’d love to see you try to recreate any of Karen Krasner’s “Extraordinary Desserts” cakes either from her stores or her book. They are the most amazing creations I’ve ever seen:
    http://www.extraordinarydesserts.com/wholecakes.htm

I’d love to see you make something with Marzipan: either make it using almonds, or use it in a recipe, like vanilla marzipan cupcakes/cake.

I’d love to see a typical East European poppy seed type cake/dessert ( or anything poppyseed without any lemon for that matter)! They are so good when mixed with ground walnuts too and there are a lot of recipes on the web. Just google “makovnik” which means “poppyseed paste loaf/roll/cake”. If you live near a Polish bakery you must go in and try an authentic one! Poppyseed paste is ground with sugar and so good.

I’d love to see more recipes incorporating OTHER nut butters: walnut butter filled cookies/pastries, almond butter, cashew butter, pecan butter etc

    homemade halva!

lastly anything and everything with coconut! and cookie dough!!!!
