Crazy Sweet Tuesday

Welcome to Crazy Sweet Tuesday, where it’s beginning to look a little like Fall. So many links have been Fall-like: Halloween, pumpkin, caramel, apple. And I’m loving every minute!

So, of course, we have a few business items to attend to this week.

Let’s talk Online BlogCon for a minute. I know it seems as if I’ve been talking endlessly about it…but I haven’t really talked about specifics since the very beginning. So, let’s review.

{Reviewing is good. It was always my favorite thing to do in math class.}

What is Online BlogCon? Online BlogCon is a blog conference that is online. It costs a lot of money to go to a real-life-in-the-flesh blog conference. Entry fee, airfare, hotel, food, childcare. Because it’s all online, you can participate from your living room. Or your bedroom. Or your cubical. Wherever you want! We have a ton of awesome speakers lined up to “speak” on topics like photography, blog-life balance, social media, and more. We hope that you can come away from the conference with lots of helpful information. {I’ve read some of the posts already, and I can already say I’ve learned some new things!}

How does it work? It’s simple! Go to the registration page and fill out the registration form. Then pay your $15.00 fee with paypal. That’s it! Once we have your payment and your registration form you can enter the giveaways, join the private Facebook group, and see the speaker posts once the conference starts. Between now and October 22, when the conference starts, you will find lots of giveaways here on Crazy for Crust, and also on Something Swanky and some of our affiliates blogs too. A few days before the beginning of the conference, the Online BlogCon blog will become private and all registered attendees will receive an invitation to be part of the private site. During the conference (October 22-24) you will be able to read all of the posts at any time. Work during the day? No problem! Read them at night. Out of town those few days? Never fear, the posts will be not expire until a specified date (no earlier than October 31, actual date TBA). Read from the comfort of your family room sofa, in your PJs with a cup of coffee. That’s what I’ll be doing!

Why attend Online BlogCon? Because it’s so easy! And really, it is going to benefit everyone: the novice blogger, the newbie blogger, the experienced blogger and the person who hasn’t even started a blog yet. I guarantee, there will be something at Online BlogCon for everyone. I’ve already mentioned that I’ve already learned a few new things. It’s amazing what sharing our knowledge gets us!

All giveaways will be run before the conference and the winners will be announced during it. Winners will be selected and contacted prior to the start of the conference. They will have 48 hours to respond to the winning notification email or another winner will be selected.

There are also going to be some great meet-ups across the country. Contact me if you want more information on your local meet-up. The more registrations we have…the more meetings we can have too!

Okay, so for the awesome giveaways. One you’ve registered you can enter them all! Here’s a list, in case you’ve missed any:

More giveaways are coming soon!

AND…if you are already registered…make sure you are a part of the private FB group. We are doing gift card giveaways so some rad stores every day. {Yes. I did just use the word “rad.” And I’m proud of it!}

Speaking of giveaways…

I am so excited about this one. Remember my rainbow party last February? The party for Jordan’s birthday?

ALL of my printables were made with this kit from Hello Love Too:

I made invitations. Water bottles. Gift tags. This kit was so fun to work with and so pretty too!

Hello Love Too is an Etsy shop that specializes in fun and fresh digital paper and clip art kits. Their stuff is fabulous – and they have everything from birthday to Halloween to Christmas and everything in between.

10 lucky Online BlogCon attendees will get to win their choice of a digital paper or digital clip art kit! I want to win. Badly.

But that’s not all!

The owner of Hello Love Too also owns Hello Love Design, an Etsy shop that specializes in personalized cards and invitations. All cards come in printable form (a .jpg for easy printing at home) or they can be professionally printed for you. She has some great designs. I think this one is my favorite:

One lucky Online BlogCon goer will win a set of 25 professionally printed Christmas cards from Hello Love Designs (5×7). You have to check out all her so-gorgeous designs. I’m in love with them all!

Not registered for Online BlogCon yet? What are you waiting for? Go register, and then enter the giveaway!

a Rafflecopter giveaway

Okay. Phew. That was a LOT. Now we can get on with the party!

And now for the fabulous features this week…

Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Cake by Chocolate, Chocolate, and More. I cannot wait to make this!

Salty Caramel Puddle Cookies by Life {Made} Simple. Um, OMG. That’s all.

Candy Corn Pop Tarts by Pint Sized Baker. SO creative!!!

Caramel Potato Chip Fudge by Something Swanky. A bad word popped into my head when I saw these. Probably because if I made this I’d gain 100 pounds and NOT SHARE.

Cream Cheese Pound Cake with Pumpkin Spice Swirl by MorningNooNight. I am SO making this too…

Mint Oreo Witches Legs by Sweetology. Such. A. CUTE. Idea!

And the most clicked sweet treat was…

Chocolate Caramel Apple {Stuffed} Snickerdoodles by French Press. Methinks I need those Milky Ways.

Thank you to everyone who linked last week! You’ve all been such an amazing support and I thank you!

Should we finally get this party started?

I think so too.

Have fun!
